The 2015/2016 FETHA School of Nursing Admission forms is now on-sale, the management of the Federal Teaching Hospital, Abakiliki School of Nursing is calling on all interested candidates who wish to undergo a nursing programme in the institution to apply.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must have 5 credits in the following subjects Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology and English at not more than two sittings in either WAEC OR NECO.
The candidates should be at least seventeen (17) years of age by October 2015.
HOW TO APPLY
1. Candidates are to obtain N10,000 non-refundable Bank Draft from First Bank, UBA, Skype Bank, Zenith Bank in favor oof FETHA – School of Nursing.
2. Candidates are expected to submit the Bank draft at revenue unit in the school for issuance of receipt and application pin.
3. With the Application PIN candidates can access and fill application form on the institutions website and print your slip which you will bring to the exam venue.
EXAM DATE
The screening exams will take place on Saturday 21 August 2015.

Interview: Successful candidates are to present for interview between 5th and 6th August, 2015 with originals of the following documents.
