National Orthopedic Hospital, Enugu Nursing Diploma Application Form for 2014 is out sale, members of the public who are interested and qualified can now start to pick up application forms.
Application Into National Orthopedic Hospital Enugu Nursing Diploma Program 2014
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into orthopedic and plastic/burns basic Nursing diploma program.
Requirements:
Applicants must;
- Possess the West African school certificate/GCE/NECO or their acceptable equivalent with credits in five subjects at one or two sittings including English, mathematics, and at least two science subjects viz biology, chemistry and physics
- Be a registered nurse with the nursing and midwifery council of Nigeria
- have at least one year post qualification experience in the clinical area.
- show evidence of sponsorship/release throughout the period of training by an institution or voluntary agencies
- evidence of physical fitness
Duration of Course
The duration of the course is twelve calender months comprising two semesters
CLOSING DATE: Applications forms duly completed for the National Orthopedic Hospital Nursing programme, together with photocopies of relevant credentials including valid nursing license should be forwarded to the course coordinator of the programme of choice not later than 30th June 2014
Test and Selection Interview:
Written test and oral interviews will be conducted at the post basic nursing schools as follows;
Orthopedic Nursing 6th August 2014
Burns/ plastic nursing 13th August 2014
Accomodation:
The hospital has accommodation for the selected candidates during the period of the course.
Method of Application
Application forms are obtainable from the coordinator of each program on presentation of receipt for payment of non refundable fee of N5,000 ONLY. Forms are available at the schools now.
